Whip up some coconut whipping cream with fresh, organic berries!
14 ounce can of full fat coconut milk (Native Forest is my favorite brand)
1/2 to 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup
- Refrigerate can of coconut milk overnight. Refrigerate mixing bowl for 30 minutes.
- Open can and scoop out milk solids into mixing bowl.
- Whisk for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form. Store in air tight container in refrigerator or 1-2 days.
- Enjoy with your favorite organic berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Add any leftovers to your coffee for a treat!
