Do you have a bunch of mint growing like weeds in your garden? Make this deliciously healthy dessert!

Peppermint Bliss Dessert

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint (tightly packed)
  • 3/4 whole milk plain yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or cocao nibs)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 T maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cups ice

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender for a delicious frozen treat!
