Strawberries and Coco Cream

Need a vegan, dairy-free, lactose-free, paleo dessert that’s simply delicious?

Whip up some coconut whipping cream with fresh, organic berries!

Coco Cream

14 ounce can of full fat coconut milk (Native Forest is my favorite brand)
1/2 to 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup

Directions:

  • Refrigerate can of coconut milk overnight. Refrigerate mixing bowl for 30 minutes.
  • Open can and scoop out milk solids into mixing bowl.
  • Whisk for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form. Store in air tight container in refrigerator or 1-2 days.
  • Enjoy with your favorite organic berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Add any leftovers to your coffee for a treat!
