Peppermint Bliss Dessert
- 1/4 cup fresh mint (tightly packed)
- 3/4 whole milk plain yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or cocao nibs)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 T maple syrup or honey
- 2 cups ice
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender for a delicious frozen treat!
